When You Complete an Order

By making a payment and placing an order with HAK Consultancy Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the client) and HAK Consultancy Services.

We Deliver Original Content Only

We guarantee plagiarism-free content. A Copyscape report is provided to verify originality. (Note: Content embedded in media like images or videos, which Copyscape does not scan, is not included.) For more comprehensive checks, clients are welcome to use their preferred tools independently.

We Deliver Content with Complete Ownership

Once the order is delivered and paid for, full ownership of the content transfers to you. You are free to publish, edit, and distribute the content under your name with no attribution required.

Our Policy for Using Images

We respect copyright laws and do not use or distribute copyrighted images. Instead, we share recommended royalty-free image sources for your use. Clients are responsible for securing licenses if they choose to use copyrighted material.

Limitation of Liability

HAK Consultancy Services is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of our website, services, or materials—including damages caused by malware or viruses. Use of our website and products is at your own risk.

We Update Our Policies

Refund Policy

If you're unclear on any aspect of our refund policy, contact our customer service for clarification.

Full Refund

If you wish to cancel your order after work has begun, contact our team. We will assess your project’s progress and offer appropriate refund options, including a full refund where applicable.

Free Revisions

After the delivery of an order, full refunds are not applicable. However, clients may request up to three free revisions to ensure satisfaction.

Still Not Satisfied? You Can Still Claim Your Money Back!

If you're not fully satisfied with the quality after revisions, you may claim a 50% refund, subject to validation of your concerns.

Still Not Happy with the Content? You Have the Option of Full Refund

In rare cases where dissatisfaction persists, your case will be reviewed by our evaluation committee. If valid shortcomings are found based on your original instructions, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be entertained for changes of mind.
